To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on mbi123, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or business entity.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform closed, suspended, or terminated for misconduct.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of mbi123, nor a close relative of any such person.
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

mbi123 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as your Malaysian Identity Card — MyKad) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each individual User is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account on the Platform only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify mbi123 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting support at [email protected].
• mbi123 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account registration requires the completion of the KYC verification process prior to the first withdrawal. mbi123 may, at its discretion, require KYC documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including upon registration or when suspicious activity is detected.

Your use of the mbi123 Platform is subject to the following conditions of use. Breach of any of the following may result in Account suspension, cancellation of winings, or permanent closure of your Account:

• You must use the Platform strictly for lawful, personal recreational purposes.
• You must not use any automated system, bot, script, crawler, or data-mining tool to access or interact with the Platform.
• You must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any game, betting market, or software feature on the Platform.
• You must not engage in any collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to defraud mbi123 or other Users.
• You must not use the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• You agree that all Wagers are final once confirmed and may not be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the User.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that mbi123 provides no guarantee of winning outcomes.

mbi123 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and certain cryptocurrencies via the following payment methods:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• mbi123 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• mbi123 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any deposit before crediting funds to your Account.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network fees, which are the responsibility of the depositing User.

Withdrawal requests are processed by mbi123 subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name, matching the method used for your most recent deposit where applicable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account.
• Any active Bonus balance subject to Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled in full before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), 15–60 minutes for bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank via FPX/DuitNow), and 15–60 minutes for cryptocurrency transactions. These are indicative timeframes only and may vary.
• mbi123 reserves the right to delay or withold withdrawal processing pending the completion of security or fraud checks. Users will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to such a review.
• Repeated withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold, or any behaviour that appears designed to exploit the payment system, may result in Account review.

mbi123 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the mbi123 loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Standard Wagering Requirements for bonuses are clearly stated in each offer. Wagering Requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Certain game types (e.g., specific live dealer tables or progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements. This will be specified in the offer terms.
• mbi123 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, including in response to suspected abuse, collusion, or technical error.
• Users who have opted out of receiving marketing communications will not be eligible for any promotional offers during the opt-out period.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another User's Account.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering activity on the mbi123 Platform:

• All Wagers are binding once confirmed. Users are responsible for checking their selections before submission.
• In the event of a manifest technical error in displayed odds, prices, or game results, mbi123 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Users.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time in response to significant events in the relevant match or competition. Wagers accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• For sports betting, if a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules as published in the specific sport's rule set shall apply. In general, events that do not commence within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time will have all Wagers voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per User, as determined by mbi123's trading team. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
• mbi123's decisions on the settlement of all Wagers are final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbi123 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name, an alias, or a third party's identity.
• Using any software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to place Wagers.
• Attempting to launder money or fund any illegal activity through the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Sharing, selling, or transfering Account access to any third party.
• Systematically exploiting mathematical errors, software glitches, or pricing anomalies in manner that mbi123 determines to constitute abuse.
• Any behaviour that mbi123 reasonably determines to be harmful, threatening, harassing, or abusive toward Platform staff or other Users.

mbi123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Account inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months;
• The User's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, mbi123 reserves the right to withold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, any balance determined to be legitimately earned will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, net of any applicable fees or charges.

Users may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting mbi123 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closures will be processed within 3 business days, subject to any pending Wagering Requirement obligations or open Wagers.

mbi123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We offer a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: You may cap your net losses over any rolling period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is restricted until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Temporary exclusions last a minimum of 30 days. Permanent exclusions are irevocable.
• Session Reminders: You may configure session time alerts to notify you of the time elapsed during your current play session.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, and other materials on the mbi123 Platform are the exclusive property of mbi123 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorisation from mbi123;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or software;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi123 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent Platform unavailability, technical faults, or service interruptions;
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

mbi123 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

2. Escalation: If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution channels specified by mbi123's licensing authority.
3. Final Determination: mbi123's settlement and game-outcome decisions are final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
